Day #123

Day #122 and another check

so derek asked me to meet with EZ today to give him the next check for $10k and to ask him some questions. apparently next week (or the next, depending) they will be awaiting 4 rough inspections, on: electrical, plumbing, hvac, and framing. after that will come the need for 4 more checks too. then after those are done, they can start to install the roof.
EZ said that in the meantime, they are able to put the (black) paper over the plywood on the outside walls, and then the wire mesh afterwards (which were still waiting to be done when i was there) to prepare for the stucco. they can't put the stucco on just yet, but they were given the ok to prepare for it.

derek and i stopped by before our sunday morning grocery run to see what had been done yesterday. guess they finally put in the sliding glass door by mom's room. but derek's still got to take that ficus tree down that's in the way.
